Shipping & Handling

*United States and World Wide 

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) ground to ship our products within the United States. And, UPS air to ship our products worldwide.  Orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday before 11 am Pacific Time. Orders received after these times are usually shipped the next day. Shortages in inventory, incomplete address information, weather complications, holidays and other factors can affect delivery. For this reason, ground service delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delivery is 3-5 business days from when the item leaves our store.

*United States only

If it is critical that you receive your delivery by a certain date within a two week window, we highly recommend you select one of the expedited FedEx or DHL shipping options (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) for an additional fee. PigLoverGifts.com and our shipping partners, FedEx and DHL go to great lengths to process these orders as quickly as possible.

*Hawaii and Alaska Residents

3 Day Select is not available in your state. Please select UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you choose 3 Day Select then there will be a delay in your shipment until we can contact you to make other arrangements which will adjust your shipping cost.

*Canada Residents

UPS Ground (Standard) is the only shipping option that we offer on our web site. This normally takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery, pending normal customs clearance. You will be responsible for any duties or fees levied by your customs department.

Return and Exchange Policy

You can make returns or exchanges via UPS with an original PigsLoverGifts.com (McMahon Family Enterprise) packing sheet or online payment receipt within 14 days of purchase. Prior authorization from a representative of PigLoverGifts.com (McMahon Family Enterprise) is required. All returns must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return policy does not apply to custom imprinted items. Other restrictions may apply. Approved returns may be shipped to:
